Error message "the client and server are incompatible, reinstallation of product required"


If you've installed ptfs and are on the 7.1.2.8 server level, then you'll need to be at that level (or higher) for the Admin Client. Doesn't matter for the end-users, but it does for the Ondemand administrator client.
