If you are not at the console, be sure you are in the QPGMR subsystem. Here is how to tell:
WRKSBS
Go to the QPGMR subsystem, and put option 8 by it, work with jobs. You should see your job listed. If not, contact the supportdesk.
Notes: First send a message to everyone - then, from the console session, which will be one job in subsystem QCTL), do the following
