iSeries Access Session issues with cursor blinking and Windows 8

If problems saving the keyboard preferences to the private folder, following instructions below to create the correct path. Important – Do the following before creating your emulator sessions.

Go to Programs > IBM iAcess for Windows Properties >PC5250>Path to PC5250 emulator files>click All Users application data>apply. Then click back to My Application Data>apply. This creates the private folder in the correct path for the keyboard preferences to save.

Setting up display preferences for the emulator session:

Preferences>Appearance>Display Setup>Cursor > DO NOT use Blink or it will not refresh the page
