If you are at Windows 10, you may need to turn on SMBv1:

1. Open Settings

2. Open “Apps & Features”

3. On left side, click on “Programs & Features”

4. Click on “Turn Windows Features On or Off”

5. Scroll down to SMB 1.0 and select SMBv1 client

6. Reboot PC.
